Main Duties of the Job

As an Interpreting Services Coordinator, you will work closely with our interpreting services manager to coordinate meetings, take minutes, and provide regular updates. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interpreting bookings and monitoring demand to inform future planning.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality interpreting services to our patients. If you have excellent communication skills, a high level of written and spoken English, and experience using Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply.

Person Specification

  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent, or 8 passed GCSEs, English & Mathematics 6 or higher grade
  • Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
