We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Interpreting Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating telephone, email, and electronic diary bookings for our interpreting service, ensuring that non-English and Limited English Speaking patients receive high-quality support.
Main Duties of the Job
As an Interpreting Services Coordinator, you will work closely with our interpreting services manager to coordinate meetings, take minutes, and provide regular updates. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interpreting bookings and monitoring demand to inform future planning.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality interpreting services to our patients. If you have excellent communication skills, a high level of written and spoken English, and experience using Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply.
Person Specification
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent, or 8 passed GCSEs, English & Mathematics 6 or higher grade
