Academic Lead in Fine Arts

About the Role
The City of Glasgow College is seeking an experienced Academic and Curriculum Lead to join our team. This is a fixed-term position, covering family leave for 9 months. The successful candidate will work closely with the Associate Dean, Art, Craft and Design team to ensure a seamless service.
This role involves management of all levels of Fine Art curriculum, including NC, HNC/D, and BA (Hons) courses. The holder will support staff and students, teaching at various levels (SCQF L6-SCQF L10) and assessing student work. A management qualification would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lessons, teach students, and assess their work.
- Manage a team of lecturers, motivating and developing excellent performance.
Requirements
