  • About the Role:

  • This role requires a skilled Events Manager who can source, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in budget management, forecasting, and reconciling expenses.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing, data, design, video, finance, and content teams to align the event with brand messaging and ensure the effective promotion of the awards. They will also collaborate with the sales team to support sponsorship acquisition and fulfillment.

  • As an Events Manager at BizClik Media, you will develop and manage event timelines, oversee event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown, ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly. You will also coordinate internal staff, including freelancers and volunteers, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear.

  • Key responsibilities include managing guest lists, invitations, and seating arrangements, ensuring VIPs and special guests are appropriately handled. The Events Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders before, during, and after the event.

  • Required skills and experience include 3+ years of event management experience, with a focus on large-scale or high-profile events such as awards ceremonies. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor and budget management skills, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
