The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our coding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets to inform our clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyse large datasets from various sources, including EMIS Web, to identify trends and patterns.
  2. Reporting and Insights: Develop and present reports and insights to inform our clinical decision-making.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical teams to ensure that data-driven insights are incorporated into our practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • iMersey Clinical Coding Qualification or equivalent (preferred, not essential).
  • Experience with data analysis software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (pro-rata). We also offer ongoing training and support to help you grow your skills and career.
