About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team at Ten Group. As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored travel solutions to our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver bespoke travel itineraries for our premium clients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on luxury travel options, including flights, hotels, villas, and other travel arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their travel habits and preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible travel experiences.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new travel initiatives and promotions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and native Arabic is required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of luxury travel and high-end customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Flexibility to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 6:00-21:00 GMT from Monday-Sunday.
