Patient Experience Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Patient Experience team as a Patient Experience Officer. This is a fixed-term/secondment position for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of our Patient Experience team, including the production of a Children's Charter and the embedding of a Children's Rights-based approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing complaints in the NHS
- Undertaking audit work and patient satisfaction surveys/focus groups
- Writing reports for senior managers
- Line and project management
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, problem-solve, prioritize their workload, manage projects, and meet agreed deadlines.
Due to the necessary engagement with children and young people and their families, the ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
