Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one support to tenants, helping them with daily tasks, socialization, and accessing community resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist tenants with medication, budgeting, and housing management
- Support tenants in accessing community resources and social activities
- Help tenants with domestic tasks and daily living skills
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide personalized support
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our service users. Prior experience is not necessary, as we provide on-the-job training and opportunities for professional development.
