Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Safety Engineer to join our team at E3 Recruitment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Process Safety Expert to work with one of the UK's leading Engineering Consultancies, providing services to clients across various industries including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Technologies, and Energy.

The successful candidate will be based in the UK and will have the opportunity to work on a range of assignments, supporting the execution of hazard analysis exercises and delivering safe design solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a focal point for hazard analysis exercises, ensuring the delivery of safe designs for end users.
  • Select, prepare, deliver, and report on a range of hazard analysis tools, including What If Study, HAZOP, and LOPA.
  • Provide bespoke process safety consultancy services, developing expertise to lead stand-alone consultancy projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (Chemical Eng, Chemistry, etc.) and Chartered Status.
  • At least 10-15 years' experience working as a Process Safety Engineer, with a background in Lead or Senior Process Safety roles.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career growth.
