We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join our client's Endoscopy Team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional nursing care and actively contribute to the management of the Endoscopy Unit.

Responsibilities:
- Set, monitor, and maintain excellent standards of nursing care in line with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a friendly environment, maintaining personal contact with patients and relatives, and respecting their needs for courtesy, dignity, and privacy.
- Work with minimal supervision during endoscopic procedures, including the admission and recovery of patients.
- Address and resolve informal and formal complaints at a local level.
- Care for and maintain endoscopes and other specialised equipment, ensuring proper decontamination and accurate traceability records.
- Ensure the safe discharge of all patients from the Endoscopy unit.
Requirements:
- NMC or HCPC registration
- Demonstrable record of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Knowledge and current experience in professional practice within an Endoscopy department
