Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to property managers, handling client, tenant, and contractor enquiries.
- Manage mail inboxes, inbound telephone calls, and face-to-face enquiries, resolving any issues or complaints from tenants.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets to ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Perform general office administration duties, including filing, assisting with telephone calls, photocopying documents, and binding documents.
- Manage property keys, door entry fobs, and parking permits.
- Support directors in organizing community events and issuing allotment licences and keys annually.
- Produce newsletters for residents and liaise with utility companies to resolve queries.
- Manage health and safety administration records, assisting the health and safety coordinator with the company's database.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous administration and customer service experience.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions, including enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize workload efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
This role offers a competitive salary of £26,989 per annum, 22 days' holiday entitlement, and bank holidays. You will also receive a company pension contribution and additional benefits.
