Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous administration and customer service experience.
  • Confidence in handling customer interactions, including enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize workload efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of £26,989 per annum, 22 days' holiday entitlement, and bank holidays. You will also receive a company pension contribution and additional benefits.
