Head Housekeeper Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Camborne Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
