Café Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Café Specialist to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland Careers. As a Café Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks and food to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A salary of £9-£10 per hour is estimated based on the location and job requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels and ensuring that the bar area remains clean and well-organized.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
• Processing payments and managing cash handling
• Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers
