Harrison Scott Associates are seeking a skilled Finishing Operations Specialist to join their team. As Print Finisher, you will work independently as part of a busy department, responsible for various functions within the finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Develop production job specifications to meet high customer expectations.
  • Prepare equipment for production runs and ensure specifications are met.
  • Oversee job execution, including management of assistants.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to safety protocols when operating machinery.

Essential Skills:

  • Familiarity with finishing equipment (folder, guillotine, book binding) and ability to operate it safely.
  • Understanding of scheduling, print processes, and quality control measures.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours: 36 hours per week, Saturday to Monday, 6am to 6pm.
