Early Years Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Trainer or Trainee to join our team at Realise. As a key member of our Early Years & Education department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to learners in the Norfolk region.
Key Responsibilities- Support a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face-to-face and remotely.
- Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications.
- Create solutions for learners to ensure they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
- Utilize our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential.
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
