Description of the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Livingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installation and dismantle, and general repair and maintenance work on our modular buildings and associated products.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Dismantle Work
  • General Repair and Maintenance Work
  • Plumbing, Electrical, and Joinery Work
  • Working at Heights: Installing cabins, roof repairs
  • Fixing Roof & Window Leaks/Damage to External Units
  • Paint Repairs

About You:

We require a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience from within a relevant role. A CSCS card and general maintenance skills are essential. A full driving licence is also required as this role involves lots of travelling to client sites across the region.

Pay and Benefits: £14.23 per hour + overtime at time and half. 33 days holiday including bank holidays. Tons of benefits and career development opportunities.
