Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Worker to join our team at Joseph Norton Academy in Huddersfield.

Annual Salary: £31,310Contract Type: Permanent - Full-time

The academy provides education to children and young people with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties across Kirklees.

Our approach focuses on nurture, social pedagogy, and preparation for adulthood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including classroom preparation, supporting pupils, providing additional help, and maintaining pupil records.

This role offers a chance to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our pupils and support their development.

Duties and Responsibilities
