Job Title: Learning & Skills Coach in Plumbing & Gas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning & Skills Coach to join our team in Plumbing & Gas. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to Level 3 Apprentices in a workplace setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver flexible and high-quality training and assessments to Level 3 Apprentices in a workplace setting.
  • Assess apprentices for the following competences: CCN 1-Core Safety, CENWAT 1 Boilers/Water Heaters, HTR1 Gas Fires, CKR1 Gas Cookers, and LPG.
  • Work with a caseload of Level 3 Apprentices to deliver training and assessments that meet the requirements of the Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Be responsible for all areas of the Apprenticeship Standard, including some teaching responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Gas Safe Registered.
  • Ability to assess apprentices for the required competences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
