We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in Dewsbury. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to our young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Support our young people with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction, leisure activities, and educational programs.
- Monitor and report any changes in our young people's behavior, health, or well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Level 3 Children's and Young People's Award or equivalent.
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Driver's license (company vehicle provided).
