About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Team Leader. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.

As a successful sales manager, you will have excellent leadership skills and be able to inspire your team to prioritize exceptional customer experiences and meet or exceed performance targets. You will also be a hands-on leader who works closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and objectives. They will be a natural team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on business objectives
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, comprehensive training programs, and opportunities for career advancement.
