Senior Sales Executive

We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our efforts in delivering innovative solutions for complex client needs. As Head of Structured Sales, you'll be responsible for structuring and implementing tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of our clients.
About the Role
- You will work closely with the sales and coverage teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to deliver these solutions.
- Drive sales and conversion of leads from various origination mechanisms to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets and related risk management products and strategies to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members, providing coaching, leadership, and direction as required.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in regulated derivatives sales, specifically in structured FX and commodities.
- Demonstrated ability to originate sales across FX and commodities for the LBG/External client franchise.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with a strong track record of empowering colleagues and driving forward internal and external partnerships.
- Ability to develop capabilities within the team to achieve business strategy, vision, and values, maximizing efficiency and recognizing excellent performance.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing teams to produce outstanding results and grow talent within the bank.
