SEND Teacher Opportunity

Horizon Teachers is seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding Alternative Provision in Camden. The school provides a highly regarded SEND provision for children with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and background in personal care and be able to effectively communicate with children that have Severe Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organise activities for the children to learn through unconventional means.
  • Work with a team of support staff to provide individualised care and education.
  • Develop and implement tailored curricula to meet the needs of students.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
