Luxury Store Manager

The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and maintenance of strategic standards and operational procedures to achieve company goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day running of the store, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
- Support with recruitment and conduct performance/probation reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Coach and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service, creating a customized experience for each customer.
- Lead the team to transform each customer's experience into a special moment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability, achieving commercial targets through efficient team organization and product presentation management.
- Contribute to the improvement of commercial performance through technical knowledge of the product, numerical analysis of sales and stock, product rotation, and supervision of VM replenishment.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer needs.
- Experience in team training, empowerment, and motivation.
- Attitude to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Adaptability in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.).
- Strong attention to details.
- Time management.
- Problem-solving.
- Omni-channel retail orientation.
- CRM digital orientation.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English and another language if possible.
- Customer orientation.
- At least 3/4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Store Manager in fashion or luxury companies.
