Service Care Solutions is seeking a Handyman and Joinery Expert to join our team. As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be working on void properties in the Stoke area, carrying out maintenance and refurbishments.

About the Role

This role involves being part of our property Maintenance team responsible for Joinery and Multi Skilled Maintenance projects or services undertaken. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out domestic Maintenance duties to a high standard and within reasonable time frames.

Key Responsibilities
  • To pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
  • To work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks on time.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £20 per hour (LTD) for 37 hours per week, plus other benefits.

Requirements

To apply for this role you will need to have NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade such as Joinery/Plastering/Painting and Decorating. You should also possess multi trade ability, hold a Driving License and have access to a Vehicle.
