About Our Role
We're looking for a talented Principal Sustainability Advisor to join our team. With a passion for creating sustainable built environments, you'll provide expert advice on various sustainability services, including BREEAM, LEED, and WELL. Your 20-year track record in sustainability will enable you to lead a dynamic team and develop individual potential.

Job Description:
  • Provide high-quality technical and strategic guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with design teams on innovative projects.
  • Manage key client relationships, building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions for clients.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Write comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Present findings and solutions to clients, effectively communicating results.

Requirements:
  • 20 years of experience in the built environment, with expertise in sustainability.
  • A degree in Sustainability; a relevant MSc is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK sustainability legislation.
  • Experience advising on net-zero buildings, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
  • Strong project management, report writing, and relationship-building skills.
