Job Title: Research Fellow

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team at Queen's University. The successful candidate will be an active member of our research team, assisting in the development and pre-clinical and industrial translation of novel microarray patch delivery systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the planning and delivery of research activity to meet the overall research objectives of the project

* Have a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a closely-related discipline (Minimum standard 2.1)

* Have, or about to obtain, a PhD in drug delivery/pharmaceutics

* Experience of design and manufacture polymeric microneedles and at least 3 years recent relevant research experience to include, recent, relevant, experience in pharmaceutical analysis, including HPLC

* Knowledge of mass spectrometric detection as used in combination with HPLC

* Experience of formulation science is also essential
