About the Role

We're a dynamic and innovative marketing agency on a mission to revolutionize the industry with our cutting-edge video and social media marketing strategies. As a seasoned creative, you'll have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects for renowned brands from the UK and around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-quality video content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic input and creative solutions
  • Oversee post-production processes, working closely with editors and motion graphics artists to deliver top-tier content

Requirements
  • Proven experience in producing high-quality video content and leading multiple projects
  • Expertise in pre-production tasks, including casting, crew booking, and location scouting
  • Familiarity with client management and delivering briefs
  • Ability to work closely with editors and motion graphics artists to deliver top-tier content

Working Hours and Location

Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break (Optional 2 pm wrap-up on Fridays). Based near or able to travel to our Manston Business Park HQ most days.
