We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a new residential development in North London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in tendering, pricing, and measuring.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with the site team to ensure that all aspects of the project are well-managed, including health and safety, quality control, and cost management.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as quantity surveying or construction management, and will have experience working on large-scale construction projects. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
