Oaklands Global is seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Coordinator to join one of our esteemed clients in the aviation sector based in Kent. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the quality team to ensure adherence to quality standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key quality standards, and reviewing and releasing quality standards, procedures, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality management system.
  2. Provide administrative support for quality-related activities, including document control and record-keeping.
  3. Assist in the review, update, and release of quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
  4. Support the quality team in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
  5. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and provide necessary training and support.
  6. Lead small-scale quality improvement initiatives and conduct basic regulatory training for staff.
  7. Communicate quality-related information to the quality team and other stakeholders.
  8. Assist in reviewing and approving essential quality documentation, including FAIs, NCs, and concessions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in quality control or administration within a regulated environment.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Relevant quality qualifications and certifications.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
