About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Mather Fold House. As a key member of our domestic services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize cleaning rotas to ensure a comprehensive cleaning service is provided
  • Conduct thorough cleaning duties, including washing floors, emptying bins, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management teams
  • Assist with laundry duties and rotas
  • Order and manage cleaning supplies in accordance with COSHH regulations
  • Attend mandatory training to gain a deep understanding of the work setting, service users, and safeguarding information

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work and has a good understanding of COSHH regulations. You should have previous experience in housekeeping and be committed to developing in the role. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is ideal but not essential, as we will provide the necessary support to help you succeed.
