Electrical Wholesale Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Wholesale Branch Manager to lead our West London team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and delivering outstanding customer service to our target market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the branch and sales management team to achieve sales, profitability, and working capital targets.
  • Formulate branch and area budgets in conjunction with business managers and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Communicate the company's service proposition and target markets to all staff.
  • Support and drive Group sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Monitor and promote health & safety, ensuring adherence to the company's health and safety policy.
  • Manage recruitment processes and day-to-day staff management.

Requirements:

  • Previous electrical wholesale experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wholesale and distribution of electrical products.

Please note that only candidates with previous electrical wholesale experience will be considered for this role.
