About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our engineering team across 2 local sites.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management for a defined engineering team, ensuring effective communication and implementation of business policies and processes.
  2. Health and Safety: Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions, and that both Client and Company health and safety policy and process are effectively implemented across both in-house and subcontractor's activities.
  3. Culture and Customer Service: Drive a culture of first-class customer service across your region, and ensure effective relationships are harnessed with key Client contacts.
  4. Team Management: Ensure the region is staffed by fully capable teams, ensuring post holders are competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
  5. Financial Planning: Own all regional financial planning and performance, including the preparation of accurate budgets and forecasts, and annual operational and capital spend plans.
  6. Compliance and Quality: Ensure PPM and Reactive SLA performance is achieved through management and monitoring of the CAFM system, and own regional compliance for contractual commitments, log book maintenance, and all QHSE standards and procedures.
  7. Business Continuity: Support the Client to maintain their business' continuity and security.
