At Bluebird Care, we're committed to providing exceptional home care services across the UK. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care duties, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Administering medication as required
  • Manual handling, using equipment where necessary
  • Promoting customer health and wellbeing, enabling them to live life to the full
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who genuinely care for our customers. You'll need to have a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. Excellent English language skills are also essential.

We offer a competitive rate of £11.44 per hour weekdays and £12.00 per hour weekends, with a pay increase to £12 per hour weekdays and £12.75 per hour weekends after your probation period. You'll also receive 35p per mile mileage allowance, 28 days holiday pro rata, and access to ongoing training and support.
