About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Commercial Accident Repair Bodyshop Team at Rubber Duck Cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess a wide range of commercial vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and time required for repairs.
  • Liaise with insurance engineers, write job cards, and contact customers to provide updates.
  • Carry out high-volume repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.

About You:

  • Plan workload effectively to meet agreed timescales.
  • Work skilfully and safely under pressure.
  • Carry out work according to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Previous experience as a VDA/Estimator in a Bodyshop environment is essential.
