Job Title: Care Professional
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Professional to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be working with adults with learning disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain support plans in line with relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide support to autistic individuals based on their outcome-based support plans.
- Actively contribute to service planning, delivery, and coordination within the team.
- Maintain accurate and robust records within our systems.
Requirements:
- Maintain mandatory training requirements and demonstrate continuous professional development in autism.
- Develop a strong understanding of and implement low arousal support principles.
