Electrical Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs on all systems, ensuring routine maintenance is performed on electrical systems, and monitoring BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required
  • Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical systems
  • Monitor BMS systems, including hot and cold systems
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update logbooks
  • Work to planned preventative and reactive maintenance regimes
  • Repair and service electrical equipment, PPM & reactive
  • Provide information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance environment
  • Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork
  • Experience of working with business critical equipment
  • Post-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance environment
  • Recognized electrical qualification
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition in Electrical Installations
  • City & Guilds Test and Inspection
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary between £36,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)
