Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to elderly patients in our care home setting in Norfolk. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification
- Valid UK NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration
- Proven experience in elderly care
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
