Responsibilities- To support individuals in leading healthier lives and thriving in the workplace through personalized guidance and motivation.
- To work closely with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, employers, and other relevant parties, to ensure effective collaboration and achieve positive outcomes.
- To communicate effectively with customers living with health conditions, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances.
- Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- A proven track record of supporting individuals to achieve positive lifestyle changes and improve their wellbeing.
- Competitive salary: £32,527 per annum (pro rata).
- Flexible working options, including full-time, part-time, and flexible hours.
- Eligible for essential car user allowance and mileage expenses.
- Generous holiday entitlement, including 27 days annual leave, statutory bank holidays, and additional SYHA days.
