About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our client's dedicated engineering team in Lichfield. Our engineers play a crucial role in maintaining a range of specialist machinery and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our factory and the continuous supply of our award-winning products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of production equipment
- Quickly react to breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Perform equipment repairs and preventative maintenance
- Lead factory start-up and testing processes
- Evaluate accurate and timely completion of documentation
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Engineering qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Awareness and understanding of statutory requirements and legislation
- Experience in repairing and maintaining machinery in a controlled environment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail
