About the Role:

As a Support Worker with Cartrefi Cymru, you will be part of a dynamic team providing personalised support to adults with learning disabilities. Your role will involve enabling individuals to achieve their daily tasks and participate in activities that bring them joy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one support to adults with learning disabilities to maintain their independence and wellbeing
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encouraging individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental health
  • Building positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Working collaboratively with the support team to ensure a seamless service
