About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Leamington Spa 24 Hour. As a Senior Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of patient care and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Monitoring and Care: Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing their well-being and safety.
  • Team Leadership: Support and guide colleagues in providing excellent care, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, adhering to regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • RCVS Registration: A registered veterinary nurse or final year student with small animal practice experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and support colleagues, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in patient monitoring and care, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures.
