About Us: Blue Pelican Group Careers is a leading provider of HR services in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team based in Kent.
Salary: £40,000 per annum + 20% commission on fees generated above quarterly billing target.
Job Description: As a Human Resources Specialist, you will provide advice on non-contentious and contentious employment law and HR matters to clients across various sectors. You must have at least 5 years of experience in this field and be CIPD qualified. The role is fast-paced and requires a background in consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employment law and HR matters
- Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR or employment law
- CIPD qualified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
