As a Scaffolding Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking measurements, producing detailed reports, and providing cash flow forecasts. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the Scaffolding industry and a driving license.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake measurements of completed and pre-survey works.
- Produce detailed reports on works content.
- Provide cash flow forecasts for works completed.
- Review subcontractor applications for accuracy.
- Ensure final accounts are completed promptly.
- 2 years of experience as a quantity surveyor or estimator in the Scaffolding industry.
- Driving license.
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
