Our client, a leading principal Scaffolding contractor in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. As a Scaffolding Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking measurements, producing detailed reports, and providing cash flow forecasts. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the Scaffolding industry and a driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake measurements of completed and pre-survey works.
  2. Produce detailed reports on works content.
  3. Provide cash flow forecasts for works completed.
  4. Review subcontractor applications for accuracy.
  5. Ensure final accounts are completed promptly.
Requirements:
  1. 2 years of experience as a quantity surveyor or estimator in the Scaffolding industry.
  2. Driving license.
Package:
  1. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
  2. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
