Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Gardener to join our team at Fresh Horticultural Careers. As a Maintenance Gardener, you will be responsible for providing exceptional gardening services to our clients in Central & West London.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks including strimming, mowing, weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, watering, hedge cutting, leaf blowing, and spraying.
  • Conduct regular garden inspections to identify areas that require attention.
  • Develop and implement gardening plans to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' gardens.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Requirements:

  • Previous horticultural maintenance experience is essential.
  • Good plant knowledge and horticultural qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Full clean driving license is required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
