Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join Options Resourcing's team. Based at our static site in Bridgwater, Somerset, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the site.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of working in facilities management, who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience with IT systems and be confident in your ability to lead a team.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £32,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement facilities management strategies to improve site efficiency
  2. Manage site maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime
  3. Provide support to other members of the facilities team as needed
