Job Opportunity: Senior Prosecutions Lawyer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Prosecutions Lawyer to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer, you will play a key role in our Prosecutions department, working on a variety of cases and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct court advocacy and case preparation, review, and advisory work
  • Work from home at least 2-3 days per week, with a varied and intellectually stimulating workload
  • Participate in induction training, bespoke training modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching
  • Make solid and well-reasoned decisions, utilizing exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

  • Hold a practising certificate in England and Wales
  • Have more than 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions
  • Display a genuine passion for this area of law
