We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Chef to join our team at Burleys Wood in Crawley. As a Bank Chef, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, fresh, and home-cooked meals to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents and others as required, in a timely manner.
  • Provide a varied diet that caters to the cultural preferences of our service users.
  • Cater for celebrations and other events in our Home.
  • Order supplies within the catering budget and company policy guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP.
  • Participate in inspections by Environmental Health and/or care regulators and Local Authorities.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene within the kitchen.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Manage the Catering Team.
