Salon Account Manager - Beauty Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Account Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our salon customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to salon customers, ensuring they are equipped to sell our products effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
