Dementia Voice activities are a unique opportunity for people living with dementia to have a voice in matters that impact their lives. As a Dementia Voice Activity Support Professional, you will play a vital role in enabling participants to contribute to our work and the broader health and social care environment.
Your key responsibilities will include providing practical support to individuals participating in Dementia Voice activities. This may involve accompanying them to events, supporting with administrative tasks, such as making phone calls, and coordinating Dementia Voice events. Your exceptional communication skills and compassion will ensure that participants feel valued and supported throughout the process.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about amplifying the voices of those affected by dementia. If you possess excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible approach, and a commitment to empowering others, this could be the ideal role for you. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
