Systemic Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a Principal Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to children and adolescents in crisis or requiring intensive support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide systemic family therapy to children and adolescents in crisis or requiring intensive support
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and interventions using complex methods of systemic family therapy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers
- Provide consultation and training to other professionals and non-professionals
- Post-graduate training in systemic family therapy as accredited by IFT or AFT
- Professional registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
- Qualification in a relevant profession such as social work, nursing, psychology or the equivalent
- Training in systemic supervision
- Post-qualification training in one or more additional specialised areas of systemic family therapy practice
- CYP IAPT training
- Leadership Training
- Experience of working with a wide variety of client groups in CAMHS services
