Architectural Technician

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our Technical teams in Romsey. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for producing high-quality technical drawings for residential projects.

• Interpret client briefs and create working drawings and technical documents while adhering to the latest legislation.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and REVIT software to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders.
• Profound technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of building regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with REVIT is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Thorough knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS).
